Manage and operate existing IT infrastructure through on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and user administration. Install and configure hardware and software, execute rollouts and IT migrations, and maintain technical documentation including asset inventories. Contribute to new IT projects within public institutions while ensuring network, client, and server stability. This role emphasizes self-reliance and entrepreneurial responsibility within the Berlin public sector.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich
- Erfahrung im Vor-Ort-Support & IT-Betrieb
- Selbstständige & strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Technisches Know-how in Netzwerken, Clients & Servern
- Kenntnisse im Switch-Management & IP-Infrastruktur
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
