Conduct daily stock replenishment, receive and control product arrivals, and execute mise en place for the fruits and vegetables and fresh seafood department. Maintain strict hygiene standards and manage customer service, including consultation and loyalty retention. Execute order processing and lead team mobilization on the sales floor. Work a 38-hour weekly schedule with potential Sunday majorations.
