Job Summary
Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation in your workstation as directed by the Chef de Partie/Sous Chef, preparing necessary food items in a clean, safe, and efficient manner. Adhere to standardized recipes, keep your station organized, and ensure opening and closing procedures are carried out to standard while operating all kitchen equipment safely. Minimize overproduction and food waste by ensuring proper rotation, labeling, and storing of food, and report any deficiencies in equipment or product quality to your supervisor. Complete other job-related duties as assigned and handle all food products in accordance with hotel and government Food Safety guidelines. This full-time role requires a minimum of two years cooking experience, a valid City of Toronto Food Handler Certificate, and a culinary school certificate or diploma.
Required Qualifications

- Certificate or Diploma from a recognized Culinary School
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
