Job Summary
Lead and support the Head Chef and management to ensure high-quality food and service; train, coach and develop junior chefs; manage staff rosters and allocation of work; handle food orders, stock control, and proper storage; ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and licensing laws; contribute to menus and recipes within company standards; maintain high operational and personal presentation standards in the team.
Required Qualifications
- Be a strong Leader, with the ability to train, Coach and develop junior chefs
- At least 1 year experience as a Second Chef/ Team Leader
- Right to Work in the UK
- Excellent culinary and presentation skills
