Second Chef required to support the Head Chef and management; lead and train junior chefs; manage staff rosters and allocation of work details; food ordering, stock control, and proper storage of food stocks; maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation; comply with food safety, fire, health and safety, licensing and employment laws; opportunities for development with a clear pathway to Head Chef; benefits include up to £34,000 per annum plus a share of Tronc (potentially up to £5,000), meal and accommodation discounts for staff and guests, recruitment incentives, and a growing pubs network across Southern England.
