Job Summary
Provide diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and treatment planning for geriatric residents in SNF/LTC facilities; collaborate with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff to ensure holistic patient care; document in Athena I EMR remotely with timely one-click documentation; comply with agency policies and procedures; must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and WA licensure as LICSW, LMFT, or LPC; NPI required; Medicaid/Medicare credentialing a plus; Spanish language ability is a plus; benefits include a base salary with incentives, flexible scheduling, PTO, holidays, CEU support, comprehensive health benefits, and retirement plan.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree
- Washington licensure as LICSW, LMFT, or LPC
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
