Job Summary
Lead Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP, FNP, AGNP) or PA-C licensed in Washington to provide direct care in contracted Skilled Nursing Facilities. Leads, mentors, and trains providers; travels statewide to assist with onboarding, shadowing, and training; delivers face-to-face psychiatric services in SNFs; assesses mental status, diagnoses DSM-5 disorders, develops treatment plans, and applies psychopharmacology and non-pharmacological treatments; staffs clinical cases with psychiatrists. Located in Seattle, WA with responsibilities spanning multiple facilities and leadership duties.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus on psychiatry
- Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (DEA)
- 3+ years of Geriatric Psychiatry experience
- 3+ years providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals
