Job Summary
Oversee all development aspects for seats and restraints systems to ensure compliance with VINFAST Engineering Requirements and adherence to product development timelines. Lead the seats and restraints development team of 2-5 senior engineers, driving innovation in seat and restraint systems while managing global project stakeholders across diverse locations. Provide technical guidance to the engineering team to deliver a best-in-class driving experience and meet all engineering requirements and milestones. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with 13+ years of experience in design and release engineering. Proficiency in CATIA is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
- 13+ years of experience in the automotive or related industries
- Proven experience in design and release engineering
- Extensive experience in various areas of seats and restraints development
- Proficiency in CAD, specifically CATIA
