Job Summary
Assemble and fit Complex Rehabilitation Technology equipment to support Assistive Technology Professionals, ensuring client functional goals are met with minimal oversight. Troubleshoot product issues by collaborating with ATPs for solutions and address customer concerns during deliveries or fittings. Maintain the shop and warehouse cleanliness while keeping delivery vehicles in safe working order. Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing business accounts and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately per company policies. Adhere to standard safety procedures, attend required training sessions, and uphold leadership principles and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Valid State Driver's License
- Satisfactory driving record
- Minimum of one year of related mechanical or electrical experience
