Job Summary
Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and process payments while managing seating requests and special needs. Distribute premium items like coloring books and balloons, collect menus, and write "to go" orders taken in person or by telephone. Maintain cleanliness of public areas including the cashier station and booths, and ensure appropriate distribution of seating by coordinating with the manager. Work under pressure of high guest volume, frequently standing and lifting up to 10 lbs, with hours varying according to assigned shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Continuously utilizes manual/bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
