Job Summary
Support the Head of Commercial Excellence (SEAT) in driving the company’s commercial excellence agenda by planning, coordinating, and executing key initiatives across SEAT or broader markets. Drive category performance across channels with actionable, data-driven insights; translate category strategies into effective in-market execution (assortment, distribution, pricing, promotional effectiveness); act as a link between data, systems and commercial teams (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance in-store execution and category growth. Support category planning cycles (cycle setup, target setting, performance tracking) in partnership with sales leadership. Contribute to capability building within the commercial organization by supporting training initiatives, driving tool adoption, and promoting continuous improvement in category management and sales processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, General Management, or a related field.
