Job Summary
Seasoned Commercial Plumber needed to install and repair water systems in commercial customer buildings. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance of plumbing systems, responding to calls from our general contracting team, installing plumbing systems in new construction and rehab properties, completing work orders and recording materials, maintaining and operating plumbing equipment, locating and repairing water supply issues, and adhering to safety regulations. Candidate will diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems, mentor junior plumbers, and participate in meetings and training; requires strong knowledge of plumbing terminology, tools, and codes, plus a valid driver license and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial and industrial plumbing
- Strong knowledge of plumbing terminology, fittings, materials, pipes, tools, and equipment
- Able to diagnose and repair electric and gas water heaters
- Valid Driver License with acceptable driving record
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems
- Familiar with Health and Safety regulations
- Knowledge of storing equipment, materials, and supplies
- Understanding of current regulations within the field
