Seasoned Commercial HVAC Technician

Seasoned Commercial HVAC Service Technician needed to diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, and food service equipment to identify repair or replacement needs with no mistakes/callbacks. Perform maintenance and service repairs, install new units, or replace parts of existing units (15 tons+). Maintain larger PM contracts with more than 5 units. Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls. Service and troubleshoot mini-splits and/or replace smaller RTUs/minisplits for 15 tons or less. Communicate with Dispatch to ensure completion of scheduled jobs. Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for customers. Provide elite customer service to every customer. Requires active EPA Certification, OSHA 10, and a valid driver's license; 5+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC setting; manufacturer certification preferred.
