Seasoned Commercial Chiller Technician

Seasoned Commercial Chiller Technician sought to perform routine and unscheduled maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including air-cooled and centrifugal chillers, pumps, cooling towers, air handler units, valves, and VAV systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing electronic, mechanical, and electrical defects, inspecting and testing components, conducting preventive maintenance, assisting with installation, retrofitting, and commissioning of chiller systems, interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams, servicing chiller and refrigeration equipment, adhering to safety and regulatory requirements, and providing on-site customer interface with detailed service reports. Requires active EPA certification, OSHA 10, and 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience; strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts. Must have a valid driver license and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and account managers.
