Job Summary
Seasonal Winery Workers participate in all phases of winemaking processes as well as the care, maintenance, and sanitation of equipment and facilities. The role requires adherence to safety procedures and GMP standards; the position is based on-site in Napa, CA, and may involve rotating shifts, weekends, overtime, and travel up to 5% for onboarding and training. The compensation is $22.50 per hour, with on-site duties and no telecommuting; no visa sponsorship is available. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must lift, roll and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must wear a respirator when necessary
- May be required to work rotating shifts (day, swing, graveyard, 5x8, 4x10) and weekends/overtime
- Ability to read, comprehend, interpret and execute simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Understand and comply with GMP policies
- Ability to travel up to 5% for onboarding/training/meetings
- Must be able to work on-site and live within a commutable distance
