Job Summary
Plan and deliver watersports sessions for children aged 8-15, working with groups of up to 12 participants. Inspire young people to try watersports, help develop their skills in a fun, supportive and confidence-building environment, delivering high-energy, safe, memorable sessions. Experience in coaching, teaching, or leading is welcome; commitment for school holidays and potential ongoing hours is encouraged. Camp operates during Nottinghamshire County Council school holidays from Beckett School, 7:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Must be over 18 and undergo enhanced DBS check (paid by YMCA).
