Job Summary

Conduct daily meetings to discuss business priorities and transition shifts, then monitor hour-by-hour performance to adjust staffing and close gaps on the process board. Enlist colleagues to champion process improvements, ensure training and cross-training are completed, and validate time spent in functions to meet merchandise movement and service level KPIs. Provide hands-on direction for fulfillment center operations, maintain a clean workplace, and communicate feedback to the Operations Manager. Requires heavy lifting, standing for two consecutive hours, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Full-time colleagues work 30+ hours per week; part-time roles are 12-24 hours.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
