Job Summary
The Seasonal Warehouse Forklift Associate operates powered industrial trucks and equipment for inbound processing, including receiving, overstock put-away, and replenishment duties. Responsibilities include loading and offloading trucks, counting inventory, processing warehouse transfers, and maintaining DC upkeep. Candidates should be able to lift heavy items, work at heights, and possess basic computer skills. A commitment to safety and continuous improvement in a team environment is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass a physical and human performance evaluation (HPE)
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. repeatedly and to stand and walk for long periods
- Comfortable working at heights and operating motorized equipment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including possible long days, late nights, and overtime
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to take initiative and work effectively without close supervision
- Works effectively under pressure
- Willingness to work safely and engage in continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Basic computer skills including operation of Radio Frequency (RF) devices and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
- Forklift experience
