Seasonal Warehouse & Customer Service Associate

Job Summary
Prepare and ship outbound inventory using customer-specific allocations while assisting with receiving incoming shipments and maintaining accurate stock levels. Deliver equipment to local off-site locations and uphold safety, quality, and speed standards in a clean warehouse environment. Respond to guest inquiries with empathy, resolve concerns professionally, and maintain records of customer interactions. This hybrid role requires flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, with a valid driver's license and comfort operating a Box Truck or Cargo Van. Forklift certification is preferred, and on-site training is available. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license required
- Comfortable driving a Box Truck or Cargo Van
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working with computers and learning new technology systems as needed
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Forklift certification is preferred
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, retail, logistics, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities throughout the holiday season
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
