Job Summary
Operate warehouse systems to prepare and complete orders for receipt, delivery, or pickup while maintaining quality and accuracy. Unload inbound trailers, apply labels, scan inventory, and stage products across receiving, picking, shipping, and reserve departments. Follow safety procedures, manage pick tickets, and ensure a clean, organized environment. Provide thorough hand-offs to the following shift and report variances to meet SLA goals. Perform additional duties as assigned. Weekend shifts run Friday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM at a rate of $17.92/hr. Start ASAP upon passing drug and background screening.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and standard operating procedures
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for 10 hours per shift
- Willingness to be cross trained in multiple departments
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
- Flexibility for overtime as needed
- Must pass drug and background screening
