Job Summary
Seasonal Warehouse Associate at Wayfair who will move and manage furniture and inventory across Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Returns. Roles involve loading/unloading items (up to 75 lbs unassisted, 150 lbs with team lifting), using scanners and warehouse software to track inventory, performing quality checks, and adhering to safety and 5S practices. Must be able to work 8+ hour shifts, read English, and be willing to cross-train across multiple fulfillment functions; HS diploma or GED preferred. Strong emphasis on speed, accuracy, safety, teamwork, and potential for overtime and growth within operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in warehouse/logistics is preferred
- Basic ability to use computers, tablets, and handheld inventory devices
- Ability to read and comprehend English
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work 8+ hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs unassisted
- Team-oriented with safety focus
