Job Summary
Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in resolving discrepancies while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform material handling duties, including picking, packing, storing, and organizing inventory for order fulfillment. Create assembly identification labels, restock packing materials, and execute kitting and light assembly tasks. Read and understand picklists, work instructions, and written directions to ensure accuracy and zero defects. Identify process improvements and implement them to exceed fulfillment goals. This seasonal role supports Silencer Central's customer-oriented approach by ensuring timely completion of the first steps in the purchase process.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
