Job Summary
As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate, you will be accountable for high-quality order fulfillment and maintaining QBP’s delivery standards. Responsibilities include picking, packing, labeling, and replenishing products while collaborating with warehouse technology. Key skills include attention to detail, effective team collaboration, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work in a dynamic environment. Candidates must have basic computer skills and be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods. The role emphasizes safety, initiative, and respect within a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Attention to detail; maintains accuracy and quality of work in a team environment
- Work effectively under pressure
- Willingness to take initiative and work effectively without close supervision

- Strong organization skills with the ability to work quickly and effectively
- Be respectful and considerate to fellow employees
- Ability to learn and use software and hardware used in the shipping department

Desired Qualifications
- Basic computer skills including operation of Radio Frequency (RF) devices
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
