Job Summary
Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, preparing, shipping orders, and returns while loading and unloading trailers. Input data to prepare reports and provide high-quality customer service by communicating with vendors and associates to resolve disputes. Follow all company, state, local, and OSHA safety rules, promptly reporting potential violations to supervisors. Maintain regular attendance, comply with dress codes, and adhere to shift requirements, including working designated overtime as requested. Cross-train in at least two departments to support business needs. Proficiency in English and effective teamwork are required.
