Job Summary
Operate warehouse systems and processes to prepare and complete orders for receipt, delivery, or pickup. Unload inbound trailers, apply labels, scan inventory, and stage products while maintaining quality and accuracy. Manage pick tickets, pull stock by number, size, and quantity, and stage orders for delivery. Shrink wrap, palletize, and load vehicles for shipment. Store products in reserve locations and replenish active picking areas. Ensure a safe, clean environment and provide thorough hand-offs to the following shift. Meet departmental SLA goals and report variances as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and standard operating procedures
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for 10 hours per shift
- Willingness to be cross trained in multiple departments
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
- Flexibility for overtime as needed
- Must pass drug and background screening
