Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, informing guests about menu items, taking drink orders with the Zonal POS, reconciling payments, serving food and beverages, assisting in food preparation, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, upselling beverages, managing time during peak periods, and collaborating with kitchen staff. Skills emphasized: customer service, cash handling, food safety knowledge, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work across bar and dining areas; event shifts run from 5 PM to 2 AM. Knowledge of cocktails is beneficial.
