Job Summary
Conduct checkout-free parking operations by inspecting vehicles, resolving client requests, and providing local navigation guidance. Maintain vehicle safety standards through careful pre-parking checks and immediate reporting of accidents or hazards. Communicate transparently with customers regarding rates and procedures while adhering to all traffic laws and safe driving practices. Arrive on time for flexible shifts, preferably mornings, wearing a clean uniform and assisting management with additional duties as needed. Requires previous valet and customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to work weekends or special shifts.

- Previous experience in Customer Service
- A valid state driver's license
- A current address
- An acceptable driving record
- Ability to read
- Ability to write
- Ability to respond professionally to customers and co-workers
- English language proficiency
- Ability to provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S.
