Job Summary
Valet Attendant at Eldorado Resort: parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and guiding guests to hotel facilities and local attractions. Serve as a guest liaison, provide concise directions, maintain a high level of customer service, and keep lobby and public areas clean. Must be knowledgeable about the Kelowna area to direct guests, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced, hospitality environment. Requires a valid BC class 5 driver’s license (15+ years), ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles, flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays), strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and physical fitness to be on feet for extended periods and lift heavy baggage. Required Qualifications
- Have held a Valid BC class 5 driver's license for 15 years+
- Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles
- Flexible hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods
- Physically fit, able to lift heavy baggage
