Job Summary
Check guest tickets and escort patrons to seats efficiently. Scan tear or scan tickets, welcome guests, and answer inquiries regarding Radio City Music Hall facilities. Inspect aisles and seating areas for cleanliness before the house opens and conduct end-of-night seat checks for damage, cleanliness, and safety concerns. Carry handheld signs for crowd management and wayfinding while solving guest incidents and ensuring venue rules are followed. Aid guests with disabilities by providing wheelchair escorts and partnering with the Disabled Services group. Rotate to various positions and assist other departments as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to rotate to various positions, assisting other departments within a shift, not limited to working Private events
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
- Ability to walk and stand during the entire shift
- Receptiveness to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures
- Ability to climb and descend multiple flights of stairs while carrying equipment or supplies
- Ability to work within an environment with loud noises and everchanging visuals
- Ability to stand and move about the theater throughout the duration of the shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment
- Must be able to solve guest issues and handle stressful situations in a timely manner
- Must be comfortable with heights

- Experience aiding guests with disabilities by providing wheelchair escorts and partnering with the Disabled Services group as necessary
