Job Summary
Distribute uniform garments to Radio City Music Hall employees by receiving daily deliveries from cleaners, scanning items into inventory, and organizing stock in the uniform room. Use the GIMS software system to assign garments to individual profiles, run inventory reports, and manage employee additions or removals. Assist with fitting new hires, install name labels, distribute lockers, and retrieve items left in locker rooms. Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing empty lockers while adhering to TEAM training guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high energy type environment
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Personality suited for customer service
- Receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to climb and descend multiple flights of stairs while carrying equipment or supplies
- Available to work shifts between the hours of 6:30am-8pm, Monday-Sunday, including holidays and mandatory events
- Ability to work within an environment with loud noises and everchanging visuals
- Ability to stand and move about the theater throughout the duration of the shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment
