Seasonal Turnover Maintenance Assistant - The Block

Assist facilities team with minor maintenance, cleaning, unit turnover (make-ready) processes, inspections, and resident-focused tasks during peak season. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters and replacing light bulbs; support preventive maintenance and quality checks to ensure market-ready units. Inspect the community for maintenance issues, report findings to the supervisor, and coordinate with vendors and staff to support work orders and project tasks. Move, unload, and organize supplies, furniture, and equipment; follow key control policies and participate in safety trainings and routine property/unit inspections. Provide excellent customer service to residents, team members, and vendors. This seasonal role runs roughly from mid-July to late August 2026 and may be adjusted based on business needs.
