Job Summary
Seasonal Turn Team Member assists with unit preparation for new residents during the high-volume turn season, performing cleaning, paint touch-ups, light maintenance, and moving/staging of furniture and appliances to ensure move-in readiness. The role supports collaboration with maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing teams, communicates progress to supervisors, and works to meet daily turn deadlines. Responsibilities include trash-outs, cleaning interiors (floors, kitchens, bathrooms, common areas), light maintenance (replacing filters and bulbs, minor repairs), painting touch-ups, moving/staging, maintaining safe work areas, and assisting with inspections and move-in readiness. Requires physical activity (standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds), working indoors/outdoors, and flexibility to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Dependable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in apartment turns, maintenance, cleaning, or construction
- Experience in student housing or multifamily operations
