Seasonal Turn Team Member (4083)

Seasonal Turn Team Member supports apartment turns by cleaning interiors, trash-outs, painting/touch-up work, and light maintenance to ensure units are move-in ready. Responsibilities include moving/staging furniture, maintaining organized work areas, assisting with inspections and turn readiness, and collaborating with maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing teams. Must be able to work extended hours including evenings and weekends, with physical activity requirements (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds) and outdoor/indoor conditions. Preferred experience in apartment turns, maintenance, cleaning, or construction and in student housing or multifamily operations. Seasonal position with potential for variable schedules during peak periods and ACA considerations.
