Job Summary
Seasonal Turn Team Member supports apartment turnover by cleaning, preparation, and light maintenance to ensure move-in readiness. Responsibilities include trash-outs, interior cleaning, painting/touch-ups, replacing filters and light bulbs, basic repairs, moving and staging furniture/appliances, maintaining organized work areas, and collaborating with maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing teams. Must work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends; position duration up to 120 days and is seasonal/temporary with compensation based on experience and location.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform essential functions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Ability to work in varying environments indoors and outdoors
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions
- Experience in cleaning, maintenance, or light construction (preferred)
- Ability to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
