Job Summary
Seasonal Turn Team Member responsible for preparing apartment homes for new residents during the high-volume turn season. Assist with cleaning, trash-outs, removal of abandoned items, painting and touch-up work, light maintenance such as replacing filters and light bulbs, and minor repairs. Support moving and staging furniture and appliances, maintain safe work areas, and help prepare units for inspection and move-in readiness. Collaborate with maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing teams; communicate progress to supervisors. This fast-paced, team-oriented role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines; may require extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
