Job Summary

Seasonal Seasonal Maintenance Technician for student housing focused on hands-on upkeep, unit turns, inspections, and grounds maintenance. Responsibilities include completing service requests within 24 hours, maintaining cleanliness and safety of the community, assisting with move-ins and punch lists, documenting work orders, coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor, and supporting pool maintenance and inventory. Requires ability to work weekends/overtime, climb ladders, lift heavy loads, and follow safety protocols. Must have basic maintenance tools and a high school diploma or GED; HVAC certification per local regulations and a valid driver’s license are required.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 months of related maintenance experience or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • HVAC certification as required by local regulations
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
