Job Summary
Seasonal Seasonal Maintenance Technician for Student Housing responsible for day-to-day maintenance, service requests, unit turns, inspections, and grounds upkeep. Duties include completing routine service requests within 24 hours, maintaining cleanliness and condition of the community, supporting move-in readiness and make-ready preparations, operating and maintaining the maintenance shop, communicating issues to supervision, participating in on-call rotations, and assisting with pool maintenance, safety inspections, and inventory. Requires hands-on skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, basic construction, strong customer service and communication, ability to follow written/verbal instructions, and availability for weekends/overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 months of related maintenance experience or training preferred
- HVAC certification as required by local regulations
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
