Job Summary
Temporary Seasonal Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of the student housing community. Responsibilities include handling service requests, assisting with unit turns and move-in readiness, conducting inspections, and performing grounds upkeep. The role involves maintaining the maintenance shop, communicating maintenance issues to supervisors, assisting with quarterly inspections and safety procedures, supporting pool maintenance and chemical logging as applicable, and participating in on-call rotations. Ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, team-oriented, and capable of following policies, safety guidelines, and local codes. Must be able to work weekends/overtime as required and possess basic maintenance tools. Education requirement includes a high school diploma or GED, with HVAC certification as needed by local regulations, and a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.}
Required Qualifications

- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic construction
