Job Summary
Temporary Seasonal Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations in student housing: complete routine service requests, assist with unit turns/move-in readiness, perform inspections and preventative maintenance, and support grounds and shop upkeep. Responsibilities include walking areas to identify issues, maintaining cleanliness and safety, maintaining maintenance inventory, and reporting issues to the Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager. Requires hands-on aptitude, ability to work in office/outdoor/mechanical environments, OSHA/EPA considerations, and HVAC certification as applicable; must have own basic tools and be able to work weekends/on-call as needed. Education: High school diploma or GED; Certifications: HVAC as required by local regulations; Licenses: Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
