Job Summary
Temporary Seasonal Maintenance Technician for student housing at Carlton House in Lubbock, TX. Focus on hands-on maintenance including service requests within 24 hours, unit turns, inspections, grounds upkeep, and overall community readiness. Responsibilities include maintaining the maintenance shop, communicating issues to supervision, assisting with safety and inspections, on-call rotations, pool maintenance/chemical logging, inventory tracking, and move-in/move-out support. Required skills include working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic construction; strong customer service and communication; ability to follow written and verbal instructions; ability to climb ladders and lift/heavy loads. Availability for weekends, overtime, and on-call rotations; HVAC certification and a valid driver’s license are required.
