Job Summary
Seasonal Turn Assistant needed to support apartment turnover during peak move-in periods, handling cleaning of vacant units and common areas, power washing sidewalks and amenities, basic maintenance tasks, and assisting with move-ins and leasing activities. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the property, conducting tours, qualifying prospects, supporting with lease completion, and delivering notices. Requires strong communication, customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to manage high-volume turnover within tight deadlines. Schedule is Monday–Friday with potential weekend hours; 20–40 hours per week. High school diploma or GED required; basic computer skills and leasing/customer service experience preferred.
