Seasonal Turn Assistant at Caliber Living in Milledgeville, GA supports apartment turnover during peak move-in periods and helps ensure a positive first impression for new residents. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining common areas, power washing sidewalks and breezeways, preparing vacant units for move-in, assisting with lease-related tasks, conducting tours, handling resident inquiries, and supporting leasing efforts. Must be able to work 20–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with potential weekend hours, and possess strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills. Requires a high school diploma or GED; basic computer skills and leasing/customer-service familiarity are preferred. Compensation is $14.00-$15.00 per hour (non-exempt).
