Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning of grounds, buildings, and common areas, including power washing and maintaining office, amenity, and fitness spaces. Clean out empty apartments and assist with getting vacant units ready for move-in through cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks. Ensure all units meet cleanliness and readiness standards before residents move in while managing workflow with the property management team. Work fast and well to handle many units within deadlines, adhering to safety guidelines and property maintenance policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks, lift weights, and work on feet for extended periods
- Flexibility to work during peak turnover periods, including weekends and holidays if required
- Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one to two-step instructions
- Must be able to lift 1-50 lbs
- Constant need to be on feet
- Constant need to perform bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling
- Constant need to climb stairs
- Constant need to push or pull
- Constant need to reach above shoulder
- Constant need to climb ladders
- Constant need to grasp, grip, and turn
- Constant need for finger dexterity
- Constant need to notice the difference between clean and unclean
