The Seasonal Truss Assembler I assembles truss components, stocks materials, and bands/stack finished products. Responsibilities include laying out supplies, assembling components, loading finished materials, and monitoring production workflow. This role requires reading shop drawings, operating necessary equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to read a tape measure and operate various tools.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Ability to read a tape measure and use a hammer.
- Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses, and staple guns.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior carpentry experience preferred.
