Job Summary

Operate a semi‐tractor and trailer to deliver non‐hazardous materials to customer sites across complex routes, ensuring safe and efficient execution. Drive in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies, performing pre‐trip and post‐trip inspections while reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Connect and disconnect trailers, execute product transfer loading and unloading, and complete delivery documentation, daily reports, and electronic logs. Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries, resolving routine issues and escalating non‐routine concerns as appropriate. Offer informal guidance to Associate Drivers on routes, equipment operation, and safety practices to support team efficiency. This seasonal role runs from August to early November with Monday through Friday daytime hours, overtime, and weekend availability as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Class A or Class B CDL (as required for the equipment/route)
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience
  • Must meet age requirement
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and compliance, and complete required documentation accurately
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to safely climb in and out of truck cabs and trailers
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • travel and time away from home as required by the schedule
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings, which may include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements, and FMCSA Clearinghouse
