Job Summary
Drive tractors to accomplish daily and weekly field production tasks while performing preventative maintenance and light repairs on equipment. Follow directions from the crew leader, assist in building and equipment maintenance, and adhere to all safety rules and regulations. Communicate effectively with management and team members, maintain a professional image with customers and the community, and proactively seek company-sponsored training. Work independently with little guidance in a team environment, walk on uneven ground, and be willing to work overtime during harvest season. Candidates must have reliable transportation, valid work authorization, and experience operating heavy machinery.

- Ability to meet physical requirements of the positions with or without accommodation
- Walk on uneven ground at the farm locations
- Must be able to work overtime during harvest season or as the need arises
- Strong communication skills
