Job Summary
Drive tractors to accomplish daily and weekly field production tasks while performing preventative maintenance and light repairs on equipment. Follow directions from the crew leader, assist in building and equipment maintenance, and adhere strictly to all safety rules and regulations. Communicate effectively with management and team members, maintaining a professional image in front of customers and the community. Work independently with minimal guidance while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, including overtime during harvest season if needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to work outside
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the positions with or without accommodation
- Walk on uneven ground at the farm locations
- Must be able to work overtime during harvest season or as the need arises
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating heavy machinery, tractor, or other farm equipment preferred
