Job Summary
Conduct daily public behind-the-scenes walking tours of Radio City Music Hall, greeting and checking in guests while maintaining order and safety along a predetermined route. Memorize a 20–25-page script and multiple tour routes to deliver clear, concise, and entertaining presentations to groups. Perform a minimum of 3–4 tours per day, assisting with large groups as needed and managing equipment such as radios, keys, and props. Work four days per week including Sundays and holidays during the Radio City Christmas Spectacular season, adhering to appearance guidelines and physical demands involving standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a tour-related or entertainment industry
- Strong public speaking and communication skills
- focus on customer service
- Excellent memorization and time management skills
- ability to deliver presentations with energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to adapt to changes in tour scripts, routes, and assignments on short notice
- Strong organizational skills
- ability to check in groups and collect tickets as needed
- Must be able to work in an environment with loud noises and constantly changing visuals
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to perform physical activities including standing for extended periods
- Must be able to walk long distances

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a tour-related or entertainment industry preferred
- Preferred backgrounds include, but are not limited to, previous employment as a Tour Guide
