Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases, returns, and change, while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Process merchandise for the sales floor, support store recovery, and uphold merchandising philosophy. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and multi-area cross-training as needed. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, responding appropriately to changes in direction.
