Job Summary
Pick and pack customer orders, process returns, and replenish inventory in picking bins while reading pick tickets, digital slips, and RF scanner screens. Verify item codes, SKUs, and product descriptions; review shipping addresses for accurate routing; and use a handheld scanner to accept returned items. Maintain the work area and equipment in an orderly condition. Process reverse shipments efficiently. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM, with potential Saturday overtime during the September 15 to October 16 blackout period.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Reside in the state of Wisconsin
- Basic literacy skills, including the ability to read, match, and interpret numbers, codes, and words quickly
- Strong attention to detail to detect discrepancies between orders and physical inventory
- Ability to communicate effectively with Fulfillment Center Leadership
- Motivation to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Capacity to work well with others
- Adaptability: Can easily adapt to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work Monday-Friday with some required Saturday overtime as needed
- Must maintain a positive attendance record
- Must be able to be on their feet and walking for the majority of the shift
- Must be occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
